Dear Lord Jesus Christ,
You wanted all who are weary
To come to You for support.
Lord, I am worn out
By my inability to find work.
Guide my steps to a righteous path;
Give me the patience
To find opportunities with a future.
Calm my worries and fears
As my financial responsibilities mount.
Strengthen my resolve;
Embolden my heart to open doors;
Open my eyes to see life beyond rejections.
Help me believe in me.
Let me realize other ways
To bring about Your kingdom on earth.
Let me grow as a person
That I may be worthy
For Your greater glory.

O Lord Jesus, I adore you,
Son of Mary, my Savior and my Brother,
for You are God.
I follow You in my thoughts,
O first-fruits of our race,
as I hope one day by Your grace
to follow You in my person into heavenly glory.
Until then, do not let me neglect

Let me labour diligently all my life
with a greater appreciation for the present.

You are the quiet certainty of the strong soul,

who remain unstained by earth’s corruption.
And just as, with you,

when the days of our pilgrimage are over,
everlasting peace in the world to come.

O Lord, behold here before You
a soul who exists in this world
in order to allow You
to exercise Your admirable mercy
and manifest it before heaven and earth.
Others may glorify You
through their faithfulness and perseverance,
thus making evident the power of Your grace.
How sweet and generous You are
to those who are faithful to You!
Nevertheless, I will glorify You
by acquainting others
of Your goodness to sinners
and by reminding them that Your mercy
is above all malice,
that nothing can exhaust it,
and that no relapse,
no matter how shameful or criminal,
should allow the sinner to despair of forgiveness.
Should I fall a hundred times
or should my crimes be a hundred times worse
that they actually are,
I would continue to trust in Your mercy.

the wonderful extent of Your charity.
You have prepared for me,
from Your Sacred Flesh and most precious Blood,
a divine banquet,
where You gave Yourself without reserve.
O adorable Heart of my Jesus,
most ardent furnace of divine love,
receive my soul into Your most sacred Wound,
in order that,
in this school of charity,
I may learn to make a return of love to that God,
Who has given me such admirable proofs of His love.
